- 24-Hour Cancellation Window**: You may cancel your order with in 24 hours after placing it on our website. After this window, orders cannot be cancelled, as they enter processing and preparation for shipment.

Decofigura-Initiated Cancellations
- While we strive to fulfill all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances where we are unable to provide the products you requested. In such cases, Decofigura reserves the right to cancel your order if:
- We experience inventory shortages that prevent us from fulfilling your order.
- Unforeseen logistical challenges make it impossible to deliver the product.
- If we need to cancel your order, we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund using the same payment method you used during purchase. No additional fees will be incurred for such refunds.
Refunds
- For any cancellations processed by either party, refunds will be issued within 14 days of the cancellation or upon receipt of returned goods (if applicable).
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction. No fees will apply to the reimbursement.
